A copolymer comprising:n (a) from 10 to 70% by moles of ethylene, (b) from 30 to 90% by moles of a fluorinated monomer selectednfrom tetrafluoroethylene, chlorotrifluoroethylene, orntheir mixtures, (c) from 0.1 to 30% by moles, with respect to the totalnamount of monomers (a) and (b), of a hydrogenated monomernhaving the formula:n CH 2 =CH-(CH 2 ) n -R 1 nwhere R 1 = -OR 2 , -(O) t CO(O) p R 2 with t and p as integers: t=n0 or 1 and p= 0 or 1 and R 2 is a hydrogenated radicalnfrom 1 to 20 carbon atoms C 1 -C 20 , branched and/or linearnalkyl and cyclo-alkyl radical or R 2 is H.
