titleOfInvention Method for protecting openings in a component during processing
abstract In the method according to the invention for protecting openings (14, 16) of a component (10) made of an electrically conductive base material, in particular of metal or a metal alloy, during a treatment process against ingress of material, the openings (14, 16) become prior to the machining process closed with a filling material (20, 22), which is removed after the machining process again. In particular, coating processes and soldering processes come into question as processing processes. The method according to the invention is characterized in that the filling material (20, 22) used is an electrically conductive filling material whose electrical conductivity is adapted to the electrical conductivity of the base material.
