It is intended to provide a means of judging the risk for onset of drug-induced granulocytopenia in humans. A method of judging the risk for onset of drug-induced granulocytopenia which comprises detecting a gene polymorphism in human insulin receptor substrate-2 gene of a subject and using it as an indication in judging the risk for onset of drug-induced granulocytopenia. |
