Cosmetic, household and healthcare compositions containing a hydrocarbyl functional organopolysiloxane are disclosed. The hydrocarbyl functional organopolysiloxane contains at least one siloxy unit of the formula-R2OCH2CH2OH, where R2 is a divalent hydrocarbon group containing 2 to 6 carbon atoms. The inclusion of the hydrocarbyl functional organopolysiloxane results in personal, medical, automotive and household care compositions with improved performance and/or stability. |
