Multibranched polyimide hybrid material |
abstract |
This invention provides a polyimide hybrid material which has better gas permeability, electric characteristics, heat resistance, mechanical strength and the like than the conventional polyimide hybrid material while maintaining the chemical resistance and molding properties (processing properties) inherently possessed by a polyimide, and can be advantageously used industrially. The multibranched polyimide hybrid material comprises an organic-inorganic polymer hybrid comprising a multibranched polyimide phase and an inorganic oxide phase which have been integrated with each other through a covalent bond to constitute a composite structure. |
