abstract | Cylindrical moulding based on cellular polyurethane elastomers with a density to DIN EN ISO 845 of between 300 and 900 kg/m3, a tensile strength to DIN EN ISO 1798 of > 2.0 N/mm2, a breaking extension to DIN EN ISO 1798 of > 200 % and a tear propagation resistance to DIN ISO 34-1 B (b) of ≥ 8 N/mm, characterized in that the cellular polyurethane elastomer is based on the reaction of (i) a prepolymer with isocyanate groups which is based on (a) methylenediphenyldiisocyanate (MDI) and (b1 ) polyetherdiol having a molecular weight of between 1500 g/mol and 3000 g/mol and based on propylene oxide and/or ethylene oxide, with (ii) a crosslinker component comprising (b2) polyether alcohol having a nominal functionality with respect to isocyanates of 2 to 3 and a molecular weight of between 1500 g/mol and 6000 g/mol and based on propylene oxide and/or ethylene oxide, (c2) diol having a molecular weight of between 62 g/mol and 499 g/mol, (d) water and (e) catalysts, the polyols (b) contained in the cylindrical moulding and comprising (b1) and (b2) possessing an average polyol molar mass of less than 3900 g/mol, the average polyol molar mass M(polyol) being calculated in accordance with the following formula (I) with the following definitions: M(polyol) : average polyol molar mass in g/mol Mb11 (or Mb1n): molar mass of polyol b11 (or polyol bi n) in the prepolymer (i) in g/mol Mb11 (or mb1n): mass fraction of polyol b11 (or polyol b1n) in the prepolymer (i) in g/g Wp: mass fraction of the prepolymer (i) in the cylindrical moulding in g/g Mb2i (or Mb2n): molar mass of polyol b21 (or polyol b2n) in the crosslinker component (ii) in g/mol mb2i (or mb2n): mass fraction of polyol b21 (or polyol b2n) in the crosslinker component (ii) in g/g Wc: mass fraction of the crosslinker component (ii) in the cylindrical moulding in g/g. |
