| abstract |
A combine harvester includes a straw chopper (8) arranged to skid chopped stron against the direction of travel of the combine harvester, and a diverter located downstream of the straw chopper (8) for receiving a stream of chopped straw from the straw chopper (3) and for spreading of shredded straw. On the way of the straw from the straw harvester (8) to the deflector, a constriction (80) for constricting the cross-section of the stream is arranged at least in the longitudinal direction of the shaft (28). |
