abstract |
In order to achieve excellent heat resistance, durability and weatherability for use in an extended range of temperature environments, a rare earth bonded magnet is formed such that a material mixture comprising: a rare earth magnetic powder having a particle diameters ranging from 30 µm to 500 µm; a resin binder constituted by a thermosetting resin; and an organic phosphorous compound, is compression-molded and hardened, wherein the organic phosphorous compound is uniformly dispersed in the resin binder. |
