titleOfInvention | Method for manufacturing a master alloy and application of same |
abstract | A method for producing and using a master alloy for alloying aluminum is proposed. In order to create favorable production conditions, it is proposed that first a casting alloy consisting of aluminum and at least one non-ferrous alloying element is introduced into a casting mold via a cast sieve, after which the sprue removed and hardened from the casting has the gate contained therein and at least one non-ferrous alloying element of the aluminum alloy existing Abgussieb subsequently forms a master alloy for the aluminum alloy production itself or for an alloy correction to increase the respective alloying element in a further process step. |
