The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein: W and X are each independently oxygen or sulfur; A is nitrogen, CH, C-CN, or (C- (CN 1-3 aliphatic) ; and R 1 and R 2 are taken together to form a ring. These compounds are useful as inhibitors or JAK kinases, particularly for the treatment of an autoimmune disease, a neurodegenerative disorder, of a hematologic malignancy. |
