abstract | The invention relates to an intensive mixer for glass batch. The invention can be used in the glass industry and can be used in the facilities for processing a quatitativen mixture before feeding a glass melting furnace. The technical result is an increase in glass quality and a reduction in energy consumption due to the acceleration of the glass melting process. The continuous intensive mixer comprises a horizontal cylindrical mixing chamber with an inlet nozzle for batch-glass shard feed and two nozzles for water and steam supply. The chamber has a loading, a storage and a discharge area. In the chamber, a central rotor shaft is mounted. The mixer has an outlet opening for emptying the mixture of glass shards with magnetic separators mounted below the opening. Scrapers are attached to the rotor shaft for cleaning the chamber walls. In the loading and unloading areas blade blades are mounted at an angle of 90 ° to the rotor shaft and distributed evenly around the rotor. Only the second cutting edge is mounted at an angle of 60 ° with respect to the first cutting edge (intensive mixer area). The total cutting area exceeds the length of the area in which it is installed by 15-30%. |
