The invention relates to an arrangement for the electrically conductive connection of two electrical units by means of a bipolar high-voltage direct-current transmission, in which at least two electric DC cables, which are designed as superconducting cables, are arranged between the units. The superconducting cables are each mounted separately in a suitable for guiding a coolant cryostat (1,2), which has at least one provided with a thermal insulation metal tube. The two cryostats (1, 2) are connected at least at one of their ends to a cooling system (7) which supplies the coolant, and a pipeline (3) is laid parallel to the two cryostats (1, 2). The pipe (3) is connected at both ends via closed valves (15,16,17) in undisturbed operation with both cryostats (1,2) and in case of failure on one of the superconducting cables, the pipe (3) then opens Valves for guiding the intended for the cryostat of the disturbed cable coolant. |
