abstract There is provided a metal laminated structure (100) in which a first metal layer (1) containing tungsten is provided on a first surface (2a) of a second metal layer (2) containing copper and a third metal layer (3) containing tungsten is provided on a second surface (2b) of the second metal layer (2) opposite to the first surface (2a), and the first metal layer (1) contains crystal grains of tungsten in a form of a columnar crystal extending in a direction perpendicular to the first surface (2a) of the second metal layer (2) and the third metal layer (3) contains crystal grains of tungsten in a form of a columnar crystal extending in a direction perpendicular to the second surface (2b) of the second metal layer (2), and a method for producing the metal laminated structure (100).
