abstract |
The invention relates to a transportable package with a coldbox (61), in the interior of which at least one crude argon column (65) of a cryogenic air separation plant is arranged, which is intended to cooperate with a low pressure column in the cryogenic air separation plant and a crude argon top condenser (19 ), which is designed as a condenser-evaporator. The crude argon column (65) contains mass transfer elements, wherein the mass transfer elements are formed in at least a portion of the crude argon column (65) by an ordered packing, which is made of folded metal sheets. The metal sheets have a sheet thickness of 0.2 mm or less. The ordered packing has a specific surface area of at least 1000 m 2 / m 3 .
