The application relates to an oral composition comprising n(a) hydroxyl-alpha sanshool and/or n(b) 2-phenylbutenal. n An indepedent claim is directed to a method for providing a salivating, moisturizing, tingling, popping and/or watering effect to a flavour to an oral composition by adding (a) hydroxyl-alpha sanshool and/or (b) 2-phenylbutenal in an amount (a+b) of less than 0.2 % b.w. to said composition. |
