The invention relates to a method for the distinction according to Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 (eco-regulation) of "biologically" produced dairy products of "conventionally" produced dairy products as well as marker substances for the detection of thermally processed feed. Another aspect of the invention relates to a kit for the identification of glycation products in dairy products by the method according to the invention. |
