The invention relates to a recombinant RNA molecule comprising (i) a sequence of a gene-editing molecule mRNA, or a sequence of a functional fragment or a derivative thereof, and (ii) at least one sequence of a coding or non-coding enriched RNA, or a sequence of a functional fragment or a derivative thereof, the enriched RNA, or a functional fragment or derivative thereof, is capable of increasing the inclusion mRNA to a gene editing molecule, or a functional fragment or a derivative thereof, in a retroviral particle. The invention relates to a method for producing the retroviral particles according to the invention, the method comprising culturing an encapsulation cell under conditions sufficient for the production of a plurality of retroviral particles. |
