abstract |
The present invention relates to methods and systems for the controlled diffusion of unknown fluids that safely and effectively remove entrained gas from unknown fluids in the wellbore and / or extension tube. A control system automatically controls one or more choke manifolds and, optionally, the flow rate of one or more slurry pumps, to maximize the safe flow of unknown fluids back to one or more gas-slurry separators equipped with instruments without overload. The control system can receive the status of said instrument-equipped gas-slurry separators for manipulating said choke manifold and, optionally, said slurry pumps to maximize the safe flow of the return fluids and to speed up the elimination gases. |
