THE INVENTION REFERS TO A PROCESS TO PREPARE POLYURETHANE POLYMERS THROUGH THE REACTION OF AN ISOCYANATE COMPOSITION THAT HAS AN EQUIVALENT WEIGHT OF ISOCYANATE BETWEEN 130 AND 300 AND INCLUDES AT LEAST 50% OF A PRE-PRIMER, WITH AN ACTIVE SUBSTANCE HYDROGEN IN THE PRESENCE OF WATER THAT SUPPLIES AT LEAST 50% MOL OF THE TOTAL FOAMING AGENT REQUIREMENTS. PREPOLIMERO IS OBTAINED THROUGH THE REACTION OF AN EXCESS MOLAR OF A POLYISOCIANATO THAT IS INCLUDED, IN AT LEAST 70% OF ITS WEIGHT, OF DIPHENYLYSOCIANATE OF 4.4 '' - METHYLENE WITH A COMPOSITION REACTIVE TO THE ISOCIANATE THAT (A) CONTAINS (A) OR BRANCHED TRIOL THAT HAS A MOLECULAR WEIGHT OF BETWEEN 60 AND 300, AND (B) A POLYOL OF POLYOXYALKYLENE OR MIXTURES OF THEM THAT HAVE AN AVERAGE FUNCTIONALITY OF BETWEEN 2 AND 4 AND A MOLECULAR WEIGHT OF BETWEEN 3000 AND 12000, WEIGHT OF (A) :( B) IS BETWEEN 0.01: 1 AND 0.25: 1. |
