PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING 14-HYDROXYMORPHINONES BY PHOTOOXIDATION OF MORPHINIC ALKALOIDS WITH ALCOXYDIENE SYSTEM IN THE C RING. PHOTOOXIDATION IN ACID OF MORPHINIC ALKALOIDS WITH ALCOXYDIENE SYSTEM IN THE C RING (GENERAL STRUCTURE II), SUCH AS THEBAINE AND ORIPAVINES, PRODUCES ALLKAGENOUS OXES IN POSITIONS C-6 AND C-14 WITH GENERAL STRUCTURE I, SUCH AS SALTS OF 14-HYDROXYCODEINONE AND 14-HYDROXYMORPHINONE. THE COMPOUNDS WITH GENERAL STRUCTURE I ARE ALSO PREPARED BY ACID TREATMENT OF THE CORRESPONDING ENDOPEROXIDES III, OBTAINED BY PHOTOOXIDATION OF THE SALTS OF THEBAINE, OVIPARIN AND SIMILAR ALKALOIDS WITH ALCOXYDIENE SYSTEM IN RING C. |
