A COMBUSTION METHOD AND AN APPLIANCE ARE PRESENTED IN WHICH THE FUEL MATERIAL, FOR EXAMPLE OF WASTE MATERIAL, CARBON, ETC, IS GASIFIED TO PRODUCE A FUEL GAS THAT CONTAINS A SUFFICIENTLY LARGE AMOUNT OF COMBUSTIBLE COMBUSTIBLE COMPONENT KEY . A FLUID MILK OVEN (2) HAS A CUTTING SECTION CONFIGURATION APPROXIMATELY HORIZONTAL, CIRCULAR. A MOBILE MILK (9), IN WHICH A FLUID HALF IS SEATED AND DIFFUSED, IS FORMED IN THE CENTRAL PART OF THE OVEN, AND A FLUIDED MILK (10) IN WHICH THE FLUID MEDIA IS ACTIVELY FLUIDIZED, IS FORMED IN THE PART PERIPHERAL OF THE OVEN. THE FLUIDIZED MEDIA IS TURNING ON THE TOP OF THE MOBILE MILK (9) FROM THE TOP OF THE FLUIDIZED MILK (10), CIRCULATING IN THIS FORM THROUGH THE TWO MILKS. THE FUEL MATERIAL (11) IS DISPOSED INSIDE THE TOP OF THE MOBILE MILK (10) AND IS GASIFIED TO FORM A FUEL GAS WHILE CIRCULATING, TOGETHER WITH THE MEDIUM FLOW. THE QUANTITY OF OXYGEN SUPPLIED TO THE FLUID MILK OVEN (2) IS ADJUSTED IN THE SAME WAY THAT IT IS CONTAINED IN AN AMOUNT OF AIR NOT MORE THAN 30% OF THE THEORETICAL AMOUNT OF THE COMBUSTION AIR. THE TEMPERATURE OF THE FLUID MILK (10) IS MAINTAINED BETWEEN 450 (GRADES) AND 650 (GRADES) C SO THAT THE FUEL GAS PRODUCED CONTAINS A GREAT AMOUNT OF FUEL COMPONENT. THE FUEL GAS AND THE FINE PARTICLES PRODUCED IN THE FLUID MILK OVEN (2) ARE SUPPLIED TO A COMBUSTION OVEN IN THE Fused STATE IN WHICH THEY BURN AT HIGH TEMPERATURE, AND THE RESULTING ASHES Fuse. |
