Organometallic mono-acyl alkyl phosphines. They are compounds corresponding to formulas I, II or III, where the radicals Ar, M, R6, Ax, Y1, Z1, and the corresponding subordinate radicals are described in the description and in the claims. Processes for the preparation of these compounds are also described. Compounds I are used as starting materials for the preparation of mono- or bisacylphosphines, mono- or bisacylphosphine oxides, or mono-bisacylphosphine sulfides. Compounds II and III are used as photopolymerization initiators of non-volatile monomeric compounds, and oligomeric or polymeric compounds having at least one unsaturated ethylenic double bond. |
