Compounds of general formula: characterized in that: R1 means oxygen, hydroxy, C1-C7 alkoxy or 2, 2, 2-trifluoroethoxy; R2 means nitro or cyano; R3 means hydrogen, C1-C7 alkyl, oxygen, C1-C7 alkoxy, amino, C1-C7 alkyl-amino or C1-C7 hydroxy-alkyl; R4 means hydrogen, C1-C7 alkyl, C2-C7 alkenyl, or is absent, if the adjacent nitrogen atom is already the origin of three bonds such as N = o = N-; R5, R6, R9 and R10 mean, independently of each other, hydrogen or C1-C7 alkyl; means R7, R8, R11 or R12 means, independently of each other, hydrogen, C1-C7 alkyl, or hydroxy; R13 and R14 independently mean each other, hydrogen or C1-C7 alkyl; R15 and R16 independently mean each other hydrogen or C1-C7 alkyl; R17 means hydrogen, C1-C7 alkyl, C1-C7 alkoxy, hydroxy or amino; R18 means hydrogen or hydroxy; R19 means hydrogen, C1-C7 alkyl, C1-C7 alkoxy, hydroxy or amino; V means NH, S or O; and the dotted line can be a link, as well as its pharmaceutically acceptable salts. |
