A non-volatile fluid composition comprising: a) from 0.5% to 60%, by weight, of a silicone resin; b) from 0.1% to 30%, by weight, of a silicone rubber; c) from 0.1% to 95%, by weight, of a non-volatile polysiloxane fluid having a viscosity of 1 mm2s-1 (cStk) to 1,000 mm2s-1 (cStk); and d) from 0.01% to 50%, by weight, of an active oral care substance selected from substances that modify the color of the teeth, antisarro agents, antiplaque agents, sources of fluoride ion, antimicrobial agents, nutrients, antioxidants, H-2 antagonists, analgesics, antiviral agents, pharmacological agents absorbed by mucous membranes and mixtures thereof; characterized in that the composition comprises less than 10% volatile solvent, which is of organic or silicone origin, having a boiling point of 200 ° C, or less, at a pressure atmosphere. |
