Medical treatment garment comprising a first inner layer (20), woven or knitted from one or more first materials, and a second outer layer (21) woven or knitted from one or more second materials, wherein the first layer has an absorbing power greater than that of the second layer, characterized in that the garment is formed by pieces of tubular fabric with an inner layer (20) and an outer layer (21), inner layer (20) and outer layer (21) of said pieces of tubular fabric that are knitted or woven as a continuous tubular fabric, connecting the two layers in a fold, and bending so that the layers form a double fabric, with the inner layer (20) inside the layer outside (21), connecting the layers only by folds and if necessary by essential joining and closing points, necessary to manufacture the garments, such as seams (13) to join the sleeves (12) or the legs to a part of trunk (11). |
