abstract Plant for the treatment of solid and / or liquid waste, comprising an environment or reactor (1) in which the residue (R) is subjected to pyrolysis treatment, said residue (R) being fed to the reactor (1) by about feeding means (2), means (19, 40) being provided for recovering and / or treating the solid, liquid and gaseous products that come from said pyrolysis residue treatment and being connected to said reactor (1), said means comprising feeding means (2) micro-disintegration means (76, 80) and pregasified means (2, 5) for transforming the liquid residue into the gas phase and the solid residue into steam or gas phase prior to its introduction into the reactor (1), so that the entire mass of waste can be subjected to the thermal pyrolysis treatment with its consequent complete destruction, the micro-disintegration and pregasification means comprising a receiving element n (5) arranged to receive the liquid residue from a feed duct (110) and to receive the solid residue already microdeintegrated inside a part of the plant (7) that has the micro-disintegration means (76, 80), the receiving element also receiving high pressure and high temperature steam, the residue being transferred from said element (5) to the reactor (1), the feeding means comprising a line (2) connected to the receiving element (5) for pregasified and microdeintegrated waste for feeding the pregasified waste to the reactor (1), the feed line (2) being connected to a high pressure and high temperature steam feeder (8V) for gasification of the inlet waste, characterized in that the line (2) provides an intermediate perimetric space or jacket (10) through which the steam circulates against high current at high pressure and at high temperature, to improve the gasification of the resin duo.
