An amino acid sequence that is capable of facilitating the penetration of a substance of interest into cell nuclei, said substance of interest is selected from the group comprising nucleic acid, protein, drug, antigen, antibody, polymer, label such as fluorochrome, and said amino acid sequence has the following formula: (X1) p XBBBXBXXBXBBBXB XX B (III) Where X1 is an amino acid sequence of 1 to 20 amino acids; p is a complete number between 0 and 5; B is a basic amino acid; X is a non-basic amino acid, preferably hydrophobic, such as alanine, isoleucine, leucine, methionine, phenylalanine, tryptophan, valine or tyrosine. |
