titleOfInvention PROCEDURE AND KIT TO VERIFY, IN A SAMPLE OF HUMAN OR ANIMAL SEMEN, THE EXISTENCE OF FECUNDANT SpermATOZOIDS.
abstract Procedure and kit (1) to verify, in a sample of human or animal semen, the existence of fertilizing sperm, whose important purpose is to offer, from a trained semen sample, a simple, alternative and guaranteed method of verification. Wherein, the combination of substances such as hyaluronic acid (2) and calcium chloride (3), components of the reactive solution characteristic of the invention, causes modifications in the sperm of said semen sample. Therefore, after acrosomic reaction, the existence of fertile sperm is determined by observation or reading through a microscope with sufficient magnifications (9). And, similarly, the existence of infertile sperm (11) in the semen sample. With which, decisive conclusions regarding fertility and reproduction are obtained.
