titleOfInvention FREQUENCY SYNTHETIZER AND FREQUENCY DIVIDER BY D BASED ON THE INJECTION HITCH TOPOLOGY
abstract Frequency synthesizer and frequency divider by D based on the injection hitch topology. # The synthesizer comprises: # - a VCO (3), which provides an output signal with a certain frequency (f {sub, VCO}); # - an ILFD (4), with an input connected to the output of the VCO (3), and which provides, under hook conditions, a signal with a hook frequency f {sub, VCO} / D, where D is an integer ; and # - a frequency calibration circuit (6) that generates and sends to one VCO (3) and ILFD (4) control inputs one or more tuning signals, to simultaneously tune to the VCO (3 ) at a given frequency curve, and ILFD (4) at a given auto-resonance frequency. # The frequency divider by D based on the injection hitch topology, or ILFD, is adapted for inclusion in the synthesizer of frequency.
