Procedure for obtaining laminated plasterboard lightened with polyurethane foam residue, plate obtained and use thereof. # A procedure for obtaining laminated plasterboard designed for use in construction, especially for use in construction, is described. realization of interior partitions. # The plate is made from a compound consisting basically of plaster or commercial plaster (semi-hydrated calcium sulfate) and residues of crushed polyurethane foam, with the possible incorporation of additives and fibers. The plate preparation process comprises adding polyurethane residues to the plaster or dry plaster, adding water until a workable mass is obtained, kneading the mixture until the compound is homogeneous, pouring said compound into the mold-acting frame, letting it dry and remove the plate from the mold. |
