abstract | Process for the manufacture of a thermally insulated pipe (1), comprising positioning at least one inner tube (3) in an outer tube (2) under the formation of a hollow space (4) between the outer wall (6) of the inner tube (3) and the inner wall (7) of the outer tube (2) as well as the foam filling of the hollow space (4), in which the inner tube (2) is retained so that it extends straight through means of tensile force in the longitudinal direction of the tubes and filled with foam retained in this way, in which a tube housing (20, 21) is used which extends in the longitudinal direction of the tubes to be manufactured and used fixing means (9, 9 ') arranged on both sides of the longitudinal ends of the tube housing, characterized in that at least one tension member (10) is used which connects the fixing means detachably, in which the fixing means comprise a drive nto (29), through which the adjustable tensile force is exerted on the tensile member, and in which a tube is supported along its longitudinal extension, at least by sections, by the tensile member, in which as a tensile member (10) uses a steel cable (11), which has several centering elements (16, 17) along its longitudinal extension intended for the inner tube, in which the centering elements they are distanced from each other by means of spacers (18) that extend coaxially to the steel cable. |
