abstract |
A process for reducing the content of palladium in fosaprepitant dimeglumine, comprising: a) providing a solution of fosaprepitant dimeglumine in a solvent; b) add SiliaBond metal collectors to the solution of step (a); c) maintain the reaction mass of step (b); d) add a solvent to the reaction mass; e) isolate the wet solid; f) suspend the wet solid obtained in step (e) with an ester solvent; and g) isolate fosaprepitant dimeglumine. |
