abstract A dispensing and supply system including a continuous sealing one-way valve assembly for dispensing a fluid substance, comprising: a source (2) for storing the fluid substance, the source (2) having an opening; a valve assembly (3a) coupled to the source opening, said valve assembly (3a) (i) an inner core (10) having an inlet opening (11) to receive the fluid substance within the path of passage and at least one exit opening (12) from the passageway, characterized by; (ii) a tubular flexible membrane (13) having two ends with a greater wall thickness at the first end, in which the tubular flexible membrane (13) is embedded on an outer surface of the inner core (10) and, when the fluid substance is put under pressure, the fluid substance exits through at least one outlet opening (12) and expands said membrane (13) outwards from said outer surface of said inner core (10); a cover (7) surrounding the flexible membrane (13) and having an outlet port (7a) for dispensing the fluid substance from the valve assembly (3a) when pressure is applied to the fluid substance and in which when releases the pressure on the fluid substance, the valve closes at the first thickest end of the flexible tubular membrane (13), the end closest to the outlet hole (7a) of the cover (7), and in which the source (2) is filled with a preservative-free product for eye or nose care comprising: hyaluronan or hyaluronan derivatives.
