titleOfInvention | Cosmetic composition of fish hatching liquid, methods for its production and uses thereof to improve the cosmetic appearance of the skin |
abstract | A method to reduce or prevent the cosmetic appearance or the prevalence of wrinkles, fine lines, hyperpigmentation, laxity, dry skin, desquamation and / or loss of transepidermal water on the skin of a mammal, which comprises administering a cosmetic composition to said animal, wherein said composition is obtained or can be obtained by a method consisting of the steps of: a) suspending fish eggs, in which said eggs are not salmonid eggs, in a minimum volume of water; b) induce rapid and synchronized hatching of said eggs, preferably so that the hatching is completed in less than 6 hours for more than 80% of the embryos; c) optionally filter the hatched eggs to obtain the hatching liquid; and d) filtering the hatching liquid of b) or c) to obtain the composition, wherein the step of filtering the hatching liquid consists of at least the stages of: (i) filtering the hatching liquid using a filter with a size pore at least 5 μm, and collect the filtrate; (ii) filter the filtrate from step (i) using a filter with a pore size of 0.30-0.60 μm, and collect the filtrate; (iii) exchanging the water in the filtrate of step (ii) with a pharmaceutically or cosmetically acceptable buffer by diafiltration using a filter with an exclusion size of less than 15 kDa; (iv) optionally repeat the diafiltration stage of stage (iii); (v) optionally diluting the solution of step (iii) or (iv) so that the solution has an enzymatic activity of 1000-10,000 ml / l, measured by the solution's ability to cleave the Factor Xa chromogenic substrate ( CH3OCO-D-CHA-Gly-Arg-pNA-AcOH); (vi) filter the solution from step (iii), (iv) or (v) using a filter with a pore size of 0.15-0.30 μm, and collect the filtrate; and (vii) preparing said cosmetic composition from the filtrate of step (vi). |
