Multilayer black body with deep brightness with a light transmission of less than 0.1%, determined in accordance with ISO 13468-2 at 780 nm on a 2 mm thick plate, comprising: 1) a base layer manufactured by the injection molding process, comprising * at least one thermoplastic, the thermoplastic being polycarbonate or a combination of polycarbonate, * carbon black at nanoscale in an amount of 0.05 to 0.15% by weight, the carbon black a colored carbon black with an average primary particle size of 10 to 20 nm, determined by scanning electron microscopy, * a release agent based on a fatty acid ester at a concentration of 0.1 to 0.5% by weight, the base layer manufactured in the injection molding process having a surface defect index of less than 10 surface defects per cm2, detecting surface alterations by observing optical microscopy going with incident light through a blue filter in the HLS color system on a scale of 0 to 255 for the values of H, L and S, adjusting the threshold values of HLS for the detection of surface alterations of such that its blue color with H> = 127 is recorded with values of L greater than 157 and values of S greater than 107, valuing surface alterations of blue appearance> 10 μm as surface defects, and referring to the indications of mentioned amounts to the total composition of the base layer, 2) at least on one side of the base layer a polysiloxane-based anti-scratch coating with a thickness of 2 to 15 μm containing at least one UV absorber. |
