A device for interventions inside the body, the device comprising: an end piece (6) for insertion into the body at a distal end thereof, the end piece including a rigid light for holding an instrument (10) and guide the instrument towards the distal end of the end piece; a body section (4) that supports the light and is rigidly connected to it, the body section including a navigation assembly (14) to guide the device using a surgical navigation system and / or including a point of anchor (16, 20, 22) for a standard navigation set; and a proximal piece (2) for supporting a proximal end of the instrument, the proximal piece being placed on a proximal end of the end piece and being connected to the end piece directly or through the body section; characterized in that the proximal part comprises one or more tweezers (24) to fix them to the instrument (10), the tweezers or tweezers serving to fix the instrument in place with respect to the end piece and the distal end thereof. |
