A sweetener that has the sweetness and taste of sucrose, which is a mixture of D-fructose, D-glucose and Dpsicosa, for use in suppressing the induction of obesity by isomerized sugar, in which the amount of D-fructose is 30 to 80 parts by weight and the total amount of D-glucose and D-psychosa is 70 to 20 parts by weight, in which the amount of D-psychosa is not less than 10. parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the total amount of D-glucose and D-psycosa and wherein the sweetener contains the D-psycosa in an amount of not less than parts by weight. |
