titleOfInvention Automatic dosing method
abstract Automated dosing method for dosing a chemical in a tunnel dishwasher, comprising the step of: - detecting a rinse signal from a supply solenoid valve to supply rinse water to the dishwasher; - dosing an amount of detergent that can be inserted into a washing liquid, in a first loading configuration of the dishwasher, to obtain a washing mixture; - activating a counter that divides the rinse signal into a plurality of defined recovery time intervals of duration "t"; - dosing an additional amount of detergent that can be inserted into the washing liquid to recover said detergent in said washing mixture in an operative configuration of the dishwasher, wherein said dosing step of an additional amount of detergent is carried out periodically, in accordance with a predetermined time frequency corresponding to an interval "t" of recovery time, at the end of said intervals "t" recovery time, characterized in that said method also comprises - a suspension step to pause the counter of said interval "t "recovering the time at a time" ts "of an interruption of said detection step of the rinse detection signal, and - a reactivation step to reactivate said counter of said interval" t "of recovery of time from time "ts" in which said suspension step occurred, in a new detection of said rinse signal.
