A digestive enzyme preparation comprising coated particles, wherein the particles comprise: (a) a core comprising pancreatic digestive enzymes, wherein the pancreatic digestive enzymes comprise a protease, an amylase, and a lipase; and (b) a coating comprising a lipid, wherein the lipid is a hydrogenated soybean oil, the coating coats the core, and the lipid is emulsified upon exposure to a solvent, wherein pancreatic digestive enzymes are present in the particles in an amount of 75% to 85% by weight. |
