abstract | An atomizer (10) with a dust removal system for dust-laden gas, the atomizer (10) comprising an atomization chamber (11) and an atomization mechanism (12) installed in the chamber (11), including the chamber (11) an inlet for the dust-laden gas and an outlet for the gas after mixing, characterized in that: said atomization mechanism (12) comprises a water chamber (121), a first atomization ball (126) , a second atomization ball (127), an umbrella-shaped atomizer (130) and a regulating mechanism; said water chamber (121) includes a first water inlet (122) and a second water inlet (123), a first water outlet (124) and a second water outlet (125); said first and second water inlets are positioned opposite each other, and the center line of the water inlets is perpendicular to the center line of the water outlets; said first spray ball (126) is positioned to coordinate with said first water outlet (124); said second spray ball is positioned vertically below said first spray ball (126) and is positioned to coordinate with said second water outlet (125); said umbrella-shaped atomizer (130) is positioned vertically below said second atomization ball (127); said regulating mechanism adjusts an adjustment clearance between said first atomization ball (126) and said first water outlet (124), the adjustment clearance between said second atomization ball (127) and said second water outlet (125) , and a flare angle of the umbrella surface of the umbrella-shaped atomizer (130). |
