An ex vivo method of modulating IL-17 signaling activity in a cell, comprising contacting the cell with a 10-40 base morpholino antisense oligomer comprising a sequence of at least 10 contiguous bases of a sequence selected from SEQ ID NOS: 7-12, wherein the morpholino antisense oligomer induces complete or partial exon skipping of one or more exons of an IL-17RC pre-mRNA transcript, thus modulating IL signaling activity -17 in the cell. |
