An oncolytic virus comprising: (i) a gene encoding heterologous GM-CSF; and (ii) a gene encoding the heterologous costimulatory immune pathway activating molecule, wherein the virus is replication competent, each gene is under the control of a promoter sequence, and the costimulatory immune pathway activating molecule is a CD40 ligand (CD40L), ICOS ligand, GITR ligand, 4-1-BB ligand, OX40 ligand, TL1A, CD30 ligand, CD27, flt3 ligand, or a CTLA-4 inhibitor. |
