A compound of formula (Iq) for use in the treatment of a retroviral infection, wherein the retroviral infection is caused by a retrovirus selected from the group consisting of human leukemia viruses HTLV-I, human leukemia viruses HTLV -II, simian leukemia virus or STLV, and bovine leukemia virus or BLV **(See formula)** in which: R independently represents a hydrogen atom, a (C1-C3)alkoxy group or a (C1-C3)fluoroalkoxy group, R' is a hydrogen atom or a group chosen from a -NR1R2 group, an N-methylpiperazinyl group, a (C1-C3)alkoxy group and a morpholino group, R1 and R2 are independently a hydrogen atom or a C1-C3 alkyl group, R" is a hydrogen atom, n is 1, n' is 1, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. |
