titleOfInvention | A SELF-PROPELLED CONVEYOR DEVICE FOR TRANSPORTING AND DIVING A FISHING RIG AWAY FROM THE COAST. |
abstract | A fishing device comprises a power driven float for carrying fishing gear from the shore and subsequently expelling it and sinking it into the water. A tubular main hull 1 has two outriggers 2 and 3 attached to it. The main hull contains an electric motor 8 and batteries 7. Yoke 11 is attached to the main hull and outriggers. In one end 15 of the yoke 11 a weighted metal plug is located. The plug is attached to the fishing gear and to a line 21 leading to the shore. The fishing gear may be detached from the float by means of this line which simultaneously switches off the main motor by means of a switch mechanism housed in 14. The float is returned to the shore by means of a second line 27 attached to the other end of yoke 11. In an alternative embodiment plug 19 is expelled by a delay timer. |
