abstract The invention relates to a device for measuring a parameter relating to at least one substance possibly present in one or more chambers of a set of measuring chambers maintained under very low residual pressure. The measuring chambers are connected, on the one hand to a single vacuum pumping installation, by means of low conductance elements, that is to say offering a high resistance to the passage of molecules, and of on the other hand, to a means for measuring the parameter, common to all of the chambers, via a selector making it possible to successively put each of the chambers in communication with the means for measuring the parameter. The invention applies in particular to the measurement of the hydrogen content of liquid sodium in a steam generator of a fast neutron nuclear reactor, at various sampling points.
