The apparatus comprises an enclosure 1 of vertical axis 2, thermally insulated, with an inlet flap 3 in its lower part and an outlet flap 4 in its upper part. Inside the enclosure 1 is installed an endless belt 8, receiving the products to be treated, which describes a helical upward path 8b, the belt being driven forward in a non-permanent manner. Heat treatment, cooling and pressurizing or vacuuming the enclosure 1 equipment is also provided. Particular application: pasteurization or sterilization of rigid or flexible containers, for food or pharmaceutical products. |
