abstract This installation comprises a vibrating table, mounted oscillating on springs, to which an oscillation generator is connected. The oscillation generator is formed by a cylinder 6, 7, 8 with hydraulic or pneumatic control, whose piston rod 8 is connected to a mobile mass 9 and whose cylinder 7 is connected to the vibrating table 3, mounted on rubber springs 2. The invention is particularly applicable to the manufacture of carbon electrodes for the aluminum industry.
