abstract |
The invention relates to a device, installed on board vehicles, consisting of a centrifugal governor mobilized by a speed cable coming from the running gear. The coupling part of the regulator is equipped with a stylus which perforates a fiscal stamp sandwiched between two plates (perforated with holes for this purpose) which slip under the stylus when the latter rises excessively under the effect of 'speeding. The module is sealed by the authority. It is intended to fight more effectively against speeding, one of the main causes of traffic accidents. |
