abstract The packaging according to the invention is equipped with a closure device making it possible to carry out leak testing. The seal between the plug 10 and the flange 6 of the body 2 is ensured by two concentric seals 12, 14. Leaks at this seal are controlled by a space 16 formed between the two seals and connected to a control cap 20 via a conduit 64. The vacuum inside the container is provided by a valve 18, the sealing of which relative to the cap 10 is ensured in an identical manner. Application to the storage and transport of fissile materials.
