The subject of the invention is the products of formula (IB): in which: R represents alkyl or alkenyl, either R1 B, R2 B, R3 B and R 5 B represent hydrogen, or one of R2 B and R5 B represents hydrogen or -CH2 -O-R1 0, with R1 0 represents hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl or (CF DRAWING IN BOPI) and, R1 B and R3 B such that one represents hydrogen and the other is chosen from -OR6, -CO2 R7 and -R1 1, with R6 and R7 represent hydrogen, alkyl or alkenyl, R1 1 represents alkyl, alkenyl, acyl, or (CF DRAWING IN BOPI) or one at most of R1 B, R2 B, R3 B and R5 B represents hydrogen, and the others are selected from -CH2 -O-R1 0, -OR6, -CO2 R7, -R1 1 and (CF DRAWING IN BOPI) R4 B represents carboxy, tetrazolyl, or - (CH2) m -SO2 -X-R1 2 with m represents an integer from 0 to 4, (-X-R1 2) represents NH2 or X represents single bond, -NH-, -NH-CO-NH- or -NH-CO- and R1 2 represents alkyl, alkenyl, aryl, as well as the addition salts of said products of formula (IB).
